District Attorney Micheal Murray released the following information regarding felony cases that were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Sunshine Sliger Dudley, pled guilty to the felony offense of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver >=4G < 200G and sentenced to 30 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Dudley pled guilty to another possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver >= 1G < 4G and was sentenced to 20 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Also, Dudley pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of theft over $1500 under $20,000 and was sentenced to 20 months, Texas Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Matias Buitron, Jr., pled guilty to the felony offense of burglary of a habitation and engaging in organized criminal activity and was sentenced to 17 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Buitron pled guilty to the felony offense of unlawful possession of firearm by felon and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Also, Buitron pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of theft of firearm and was sentenced to 24 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Felony.

Christopher Allen Lankford, pled guilty to the felony offense of aggravated robbery and was sentenced to 12 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Chaplin Delarosa pled guilty to the felony offense of delivery of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Delarosa pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Ricky Reed pled guilty to the felony offenses of intoxication assault and bail jumping and failure to appear and was sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division in each case.

Daniel Matthew Simcox, on probation for felony offense of indecency with a child was adjudicated and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.  Further, Simcox pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of driving while intoxicated with child passenger and was sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Roy Maldonado, on probation for the state jail felony offenses of possession of a controlled substance and criminal mischief, was revoked and sentenced to 17 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
