E.  Matters of New Business

1.  Administer the Oath of Office and Law Enforcement Oath to new Police Investigator Billy Bloom.  By David  Mercer.
2.  Mr. Tony Krischke and Company will present FY 2014/2015 audit for council review and acceptance.
3.  Consider recommendations of Planning and Zoning Commission.  By Larry McConn

i.  Approval of plat to subdivide lot at 109 McDonald.
ii.  Approve an Ordinance 2016-01, establishing Zone R-ZL as Residential Zero Property Line zoning area within city limits.
iii.  Approve an Ordinance, 2016-02, for a zone change from R-1 to R-ZL for 3.84 acre tract in the 800 block of Old Comanche Road.
iv.  Approval of plat to subdivide 3.84 acres in the 800 block of Old Comanche Road.

F.  Executive Session in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 551, Texas Government Code:

1.  Personnel Matters, Section 551.074, concerning the duties and responsibilities regarding Emergency Management.
2.  Economic Development Negotiation, Section 551.087, to discuss development for a commercial business.
