LECSmLaw enforcement arrests and reports released Friday, November 6, 2015.

Wednesday, November 4

*7:27 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to a residence in the 2400 block of Bonita regarding a burglary in progress.  According to the report, the victim stated an unknown suspect was attempting to steal his grill guard.  Suspects were later located and identified, the report states.  An investigation is ongoing.

Thursday, November 5

*11:14 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to The Hideout Golf Club located at on FM 2632, Brownwood, TX 76801 in reference to theft. According to the report, the general manager reported someone had stolen money from the business the night before.

*2:41 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of 4th Street regarding fraud.  According to the report, management of the business reported that someone had been stealing money, several thousand dollars, from the business.

*32-year-old Israel Mendoza Arriaga of Brownwood turned himself in on a warrant for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 26-year-old Mallorie Brooke Pope Basio of Brownwood on warrants related to failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone, unrestrained dog, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42-year-old Jeffery Jason Fields of Bangs on a Comanche County warrant related to continual sexual abuse of children.  Fields was later released on $30,000 bond.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Yunuen Gamez of Brownwood on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/assault causes bodily injury family violence.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22-year-old Anthony Thomas Lumpkin of Brownwood on warrants related to theft of property equal or greater than $750 less than $2500 and a probation violation/engaging in organized criminal activity.  Lumpkin was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $9,500 as of Friday morning.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39-year-old Fernand Narvaez of Brownwood on multiple warrants related to failure to appear/aggravated assault with deadly weapon, failure to appear/possession of controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, three counts of unrestrained dog, unrestrained animal, unvaccinated animal and failure to appear.  Narvaez was being held on bonds totaling $87,500.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 18-year-old Mathew Neil a bench warrant and a McLennan County warrant for assault public servant.

Friday, November 6

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40-year-old Martha Burciaga Delatorre of Stephenville on warrants related to driving while license invalid and violate promise to appear.

*Brownwood Police arrested 17-year-old Devon Jason Montemayor of Brownwood on a warrant related to two counts of robbery.  Montemayor was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond as of Friday morning.

*Brownwood Police arrested 49-year-old Bobby Joe Terrell of Brownwood on a warrant related to delivery of a dangerous drug.

*Brownwood Police arrested 21-year-old Andrew Chambliss Thrasher of May on a warrant related to two counts of robbery.  Thrasher was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond as of Friday morning.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records.
