TxDOT issued the following press release Tuesday:

Beginning Wednesday, June 11, 2025 (weather permitting), the contractor for the developer of Atwoods in Early, will begin constructing a crossover in the center of US 377, for access to and from Atwoods, in Early. The work zone will be located between Nottingham Oaks Lane and the eastern end of Longhorn Lane.

During construction, both eastbound and westbound inside (left) lanes will be closed to allow crews space for construction where currently there is a median.

When driving in or near the work zone, please use caution, avoid distractions, and obey warning/speed limit signs. Watch for crews and equipment entering and exiting the work zone.
