The City of Brownwood Recreation Department will sponsor the 2015 Fall Aqua Aerobics on Tuesdays and Thursdays from August 11th – September 17th.  Classes will be held at 6 p.m. at the Camp Bowie Family Aquatic Center located at 2301 Milam Drive in Brownwood.

The cost of the six week program is $55.  Aquatic fitness is easy on the joints and fun, according to organizers of the class.

The class will be led by Lynn Humeniuk and Teresa Cavitt, Certified Group Fitness Instructors through the American Council on Exercise.  Both Humeniuk and Cavitt are current instructors at Howard Payne University.
