The Early Chamber of Commerce along with Fiocchi Ammunition and Weakley-Watson Sporting Goods will host their 3rd annual Skeet Shoot on August 21st and 22nd at Crab Pitt’s Place, located at 3060 County Road 315 in Early.

Those interested in joining in the event may register online at www.EarlyChamber.com for Skeet/5 Stand and select their shooting time. Registration fees include ammunition. Onsite registration will be available if time slots are available. Put Out/Annie Oakley is available through onsite registration only. Organizers state that registrations slots are filling fast and encourage those interested in participating to register soon to be assured a chance to shoot.

For those who do not have a gun, Weakley-Watson will have guns onsite that can beused.

There will be cash prizes for Men/Women Divisions: Overall Best Shooter, 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place awarded in 5 stand & skeet, and 1st Place Put Out/Annie Oakley. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place Youth Combo Shoot & 1st, 2nd & 3rd Youth 5-Stand.  Hourly drawing prizes will also be awarded. Prizes include ammo, game camera, pop-up blinds, spot lights, binoculars, and much more.

Lunch will be served by Heart of Texas EMS and Dr. Pepper from 11:30am – 1pm on Saturday.

A Beretta Outlander 12 Gauge Shotgun valued at $725 will be raffled off on Saturday as well. Tickets can be purchased at the Early Chamber of Commerce, Weakley-Watson Sporting Goods, or from any Early Chamber of Commerce Board of Director or Ambassador.
