EULA – The Bangs Dragons’ baseball season ended Friday with an 11-0 loss to Hawley in Game 2 of a Class 2A Division I Region I bi-district playoff series.

Bangs (15-10), which dropped the series opener, 9-1, Thursday, was limited to one hit – that by Kaleb Biggs – while the Dragon defense committed six errors.

Hawley scored four runs each in the first and second innings, tacked on one in the fourth, and chipped in two more in the fifth, thanks in part to 13 hits.

Dragon pitchers Jaxon Duncan, Skylar Minshew and Kason Klutts combined to yield six earned runs on 13 hits with four strikeouts and three walks.
