Jackie was born on Wednesday, May 8, 1963 at Heart of Texas Memorial Hospital in Brady, Texas to Butch and Jannie Lue Airheart. He grew up in Brady and graduated from Brady High School.

Jackie married Patricia Leeann Holl on August 9, 2014 and began a life together and became a blended family that consisted of 6 children. Jackie was a devoted husband, father, Papaw and friend. His hobbies included: Hunting, fishing, shooting trap and golfing. Jackie also enjoyed sitting around a campfire, cooking and barbequing. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends telling jokes, and watching movies with his grandkids.

Jackie was a master mechanic that could fix about anything and an excellent heavy equipment operator. He took pride in everything he did and loved the people and friends he met along the way.

Jackie is survived by his beloved wife Patricia Airheart of Brownwood; son Cory Airheart of Corpus Christi and daughter Krista Villarreal of Brady, sons, Brandon Airheart and wife Summer of Brady, Kevin Airheart and wife Jennifer of Brady, Kory Green and wife Sissey of Seguin and Kevin Green of Brownwood; his father Butch Airheart of Brady; sisters, Priscilla Allen and husband Jaton of Rochelle and Edna Goodgion and husband Randy of Brady; brothers, Chester Airheart of Brady and Wade Airheart and wife Michelle of Albuquerque; 18 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother Jannie Lue Airheart, son-in-law Corey Villareal and nephew Jayson Goodgion.
