CrossFit Longma has kicked off Friday Night Lights, an exciting three-week event that brings together athletes of all levels to challenge themselves, support one another, and celebrate fitness in an inspiring and high-energy environment. The first night was a huge success, and with two more Fridays to go, CrossFit Longma is excited to continue showcasing what makes their gym special: camaraderie, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to personal growth.

Friday Night Lights is part of the CrossFit Open, a worldwide competition where hundreds of thousands of people across the globe complete the same workouts each week, testing their fitness alongside CrossFit athletes of all levels—from first-timers to seasoned competitors. While it is a global event, the Open is also deeply personal, serving as a unique opportunity for individuals to set goals, push past mental and physical barriers, and prove to themselves that they are capable of more than they thought possible.

While many people think of CrossFit as an extreme sport reserved for elite athletes, CrossFit Longma is proving that it’s truly for everyone. Each week, members come together to complete the Open workouts—scaled to their ability level—while being cheered on by a supportive crowd. The event is a powerful reminder that CrossFit is about ordinary people doing extraordinary things—not just in the gym, but in their everyday lives as well.

“Friday Night Lights isn’t just about the workouts—it’s about seeing people break through barriers they didn’t think were possible,” said Michael Moh, owner and head coach of CrossFit Longma. “We want people to know that CrossFit isn’t about being the fittest—it’s about becoming the best version of yourself and having an incredible support system along the way.”
