District Attorney Micheal Murray reports that several felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court.

Joshua Burch pled guilty to the felony offenses of Forgery-Elderly Individual and was sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Casey Alexander Durant pled no contest to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail Division.

Darrell Richardson pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Theft-Enhanced and was sentenced to 14 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Roland Jacob Robledo pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
