SAGINAW – The Brownwood Lions soccer team, in a late addition to the schedule, traveled to Saginaw Eagle Mountain Wednesday night and came away with a 1-1 tie.

The Lions (3-3-1) scored first with a goal by Aidan Pena, but Eagle Mountain answered to create the deadlock.

Brownwood is slated to be back in action at 7 p.m. Friday at Abilene Wylie.
