The Military & Family Support Group will be holding their monthly meeting on Tuesday, April 6th and are looking for those who support the Military to get involved.

This months’ meeting will address the events and proclamations to take place for Military Appreciation Month coming up in May.  Several special events are being planned.

Graduating seniors who are planning to join the Military will also be on the meeting agenda.  The Military & Family Support Group, in partnership with local Military Recruiters, will honor Brown County Graduating Seniors enlisting in the Military directly after graduation with a Service to America Certificate of Appreciation.

The group will also be looking for volunteers to help the kids make cards at LatchKey.   They will also be discussing ways to support the Military & the 111th Engineer Battalion.

The meeting with take place Tuesday, April 6th, 6:00 pm at the Family Service Center located at 901 Avenue B in Brownwood.
