The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Nicholas Trey Mayon pled guilty to the felony offenses of Burglary of a Building and Credit Card Abuse and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Secure Cubic Robertson, on probation for the felony offense of Prohibited Substances in Correction Facility, was adjudicated and sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Othella McClelland pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 15 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
