BRMC to Host Annual Health Expo April 22nd

Brownwood Regional Medical Center invites the public to their annual Health Expo which will be held from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22nd at the Brownwood Coliseum.  For over twenty years, BRMC has provided a day filled with FREE health screenings & a focus on health education.

The following screenings begin at 9:00 a.m.:

  • Total Cholesterol
  • Pulse Oxygen
  • Grip Strength
  • Blood Pressure
  • Body Fat Composition
  • Reflex Checks
  • Hearing Screenings
  • Vision Screenings
  • Weight
  • Apnea
  • Many Physician Offices represented
  • Sign up for Senior Circle (Benefits those 50+)
  • Sign up for Healthy Woman (Education Resource for Women)

The coliseum will be filled with over 70 booths that will represent many hospital information booths, safety and health related local businesses and organizations.  The event provides you a wealth of health information that is available at no cost along with door prizes and healthy snacks.  This is a great way to receive FREE health & wellness screenings and to help determine where individual health goals.  The event also offers a chance to meet with physician, nursing and rehab facility representatives.
