The Brown County Republican Women will hold their November luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 8 at the Brownwood Country Club.

Guest speaker will be Eliel Rosa, along with his wife Jaci and sons Stephen and Conrad, who came ot America in 2016 from Brazil to pursue his Ph.D. in Constitutional Law and Public Policy.

He has worked in 22 countries for over two decades in the urban development field. He launched the Nehemiah School of Goverment in Midland six years ago, aiming at inspiring Americans to return to their ancient paths (Jeremiah 6:16). He anxiously awaits his dream of citizenship.
