Michael “MJ” Glenn Jacobs, age 43, of Brownwood, passed away suddenly on October 18, 2024.

MJ was born on October 12, 1981 in San Angelo to Scotty and Annette Jacobs.

The family would like everyone to remember MJ as big as he lived in this world. His favorite things were fishing and riding his motorcycle, but most important to him were his family and friends. Everyone that knew MJ, knew he loved to barbecue and he was sure to tell you how good it was! It could have been burnt, but it was good and everyone loved it.

MJ is survived by his fiance, Shala Flock; his mother, Annette Shouse of Amarillo; his father, Scotty Jacobs of Brownwood; his brother, Jason Shouse of Seagoville; his son, Dallas Jacobs of Forney; his daughters, Sceeira Jacobs of Forney and Brooklyn Jacobs of Dallas; his step-son, Dalton Flock of Brownwood; a grandchild, Ryan Crosslin; his grandparents, Darwin and Barbara Jacobs of Brownwood, as well as numerous other family members, friends, cousins and loved ones.

MJ was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Fenton; his grandfather, Roy Shouse Sr. and an uncle, Mark Jacobs.
