Median Price:  $224,000 – up 13.1%

Median Price per Square Foot:  $128.35 – up 3.8%

Active Listings:  189 – up 11.2%

Months of Inventory:  5.6 – 1.0 month more than September 2023

Days on Market:  88 – up 25 days

Days to Close:  32 – down 1 day

Total Days:  120 – up 24 days

Median Home Size:  1,750 square feet

Median Year Built:  1980

Closing Price/Original Listing Price:  90.0%
