Enrollment Continues for HPU Spring Pre-College Music and Art Programs

HPUSquareLogoEnrollment is currently underway for Howard Payne University’s Pre-College Music and Art Programs for the Spring Semester.

The programs include the Kindermusik classes, private music lessons and art classes.

For Kindermusik classes, enrollment continues through Monday, January 19.  The classes will be held on Tuesday’s at the Howard Payne Davidson Music Complex from 4:00 – 4:45 PM.  Classes are for children 1.5 – 3 years of age with parent or caregiver.   Contact Mrs. Marie Clarkson at clarksonmarie@yahoo.com or 325-646-0682 for more information.

For private music lessons, enrollment continues through Monday, January 19 and includes piano, voice, guitar, band Instruments, and percussion.  Day/time/teacher to be determined based on scheduling.  For more information, contact Mrs. Diane Owens at dowens@hputx.edu or 325-649-8501.

Art class enrollment continues through Monday, January 26 with two classes, Primary Class: Ages 6– 8 and Elementary Class: Ages 9-12.  Classes will take place at the Howard Payne Doakie Day Art Center with instructor Mrs. Julie Mize on Mondays at 4:00 – 5:00 PM and 5:00 – 6:00 PM.   For more info on art classes, contact Julie Mize at julie.mize@brownwoodisd.org.
