The Pecan Valley Kiwanis Club recently joined with Brookshire’s grocery store, DanHil Containers, Early High School Key Club, and Early Middle School to collect and distribute Christmas boxes of food items to less fortunate families in the greater Brownwood/ Early area.

The Pecan Valley Kiwanis offer a big thank you to Brookshire’s and their customers for their generous contribution to this effort.

“Without them we would not have been able to collect, sort, and distribute over 100 boxes of food to those families. The smiles and thank yous were very rewarding and allowed our members, and those receiving the boxes, to have a more joyous Christmas in 2014,” stated Kiwanian Don Holland.
