Grand Jury Indictments December 2014

BrownCountyDistrictCourtLogoDistrict Attorney Micheal Murray reports that during the December 2014 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 63 indictments were returned against 43 people.

The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk’s office.  Also, names are not released of those indicted but not yet arrested due to an indictment being sealed until the time of the arrest.

Released December indictments include:

Jay Parker Doelling: Two Counts Driving While Intoxicated

Justin Christopher Barnhill: Possession of a Controlled Substance Drug Free Zone

Saxxon Osborne Holliday: Possession of a Controlled Substance Drug Free Zone

Jocie Ann Wilkerson: Driving While Intoxictaed with Child Passenger; Injury to a Child

Kory Ogden: Possession of a Controlled Substance Drug Free Zone; Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence

Amber Nicole Bergman Allen: Possession of a Controlled Substance

Selso Ortiz Martinez: Evading Arrest – Prior Conviction

Michael Howard: Two Counts Prohibited Substance in Correctional Facility – Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity

Shanna Lynn Hughitt: Two Counts Prohibited Substance in Correctional Facility – Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity

Barry Alan Daniell: Two Counts Prohibited Substance in Correctional Facility – Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity

Michael John Zarate: Murder; Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence

Brandi Lyn Stokes: Possession of a Controlled Substance Drug Free Zone

Justin Cody Musick: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver

Tina Marie Wilson: Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence

Terrence Alonzo Jackson: Continuous Violence Against the Family

Autry Lee Jones: Assault Family Violence – Enhanced Repeat Offender

Ruben Cadena: Possession of a Controlled Substance
