
According to District Attorney Micheal Murray, during the August 2024 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 21 true bills were returned against 18 persons.
Those indicted were:
- Matthew Blake Bivins: Assault Family Violence – Enhanced
- Tiffany Gabrielle Hernandez: Possession of a Controlled Substance
- Stacey Elizabeth Bishop aka Stacey Elizabeth Oden: Tampering With or Fabricating Physical Evidence
- Linda Ernestina Bice: Possession of a Controlled Substance
- Stephanie McAda: Possession of a Controlled Substance
- Christine Frances Deming aka Christine Rayon: Possession of a Controlled Substance
- Thomas J. Edmondson: Possession of a Controlled Substance
- Cecil Clarence Kite aka Cecil Kite Jr.: Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone
- Hector Rogelio Ibarra: Possession of a Controlled Substance
- Victoria Brown: Possession of a Controlled Substance With Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone
- Joshua Mashawn Sullivan: Possession of a Controlled Substance With Intent to Deliver – Drug Free Zone
- Jasirah Thomas aka Kyden Jones: Evading Arrest
- Charles Ray Duncan: Online Solicitation of a Minor; Ct. I-II Sexual Performance of a Child
- Juan Jose Garcia: Driving While Intoxicated Repeat Offender/Habitual Offender
The District Attorney’s Office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk and a file marked copy of the Grand Jury Report has been returned.
The District Attorney’s Office does not release names of Defendants who have been indicted by a Grand Jury but not yet arrested because of an indictment being sealed until the time of arrest. In addition, names of individuals who have had no formal charges filed against them and who are no-billed by a Grand Jury will not be released by the District Attorney’s Office at this time.
