LECSmLaw enforcement arrests and reports released Thursday, December 4, 2014.

Monday, December 1

*3:34 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1000 block of W. Commerce regarding theft.  According to the report, various neon bar signs/mirrors were stolen.

*4:02 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding theft.  According to the report, management of the Oasis Bar made a report for theft.  The manager stated that the evening’s sales had been deposited by her on November 18th; however, the bank never received the money.

Wednesday, December 3

*2:10 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of Vine Street regarding theft.   There were no known suspects at the time of the report.

*4:21 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1200 block of Beaver Street regarding the burglary of a habitation.

*10:31 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Hawkins Street regarding the burglary of a habitation.  According to the report, an investigation led to the recovery of some of the stolen property which was returned to the owner.

*10:35 PM – Brownwood Police were called to a residence on Main Blvd. regarding a domestic disturbance.  According to the report, the complainant advised that she was assaulted by her boyfriend who had left prior to the officer’s arrival.  The incident was documented.

*10:38 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 500 block of Main Street regarding an unwanted person.  According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 38-year-old Michael Corey Pierson for public intoxication.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30-year-old Steven G. Biggs of Brownwood for litter-beer bottle and on Brady municipal warrants related to theft of property equal or greater than $500 less than $1500 and violate promise to appear.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 18-year-old David Miller of Brownwood on warrants related to aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child exposes.  Miller was being held in lieu of bonds totaling $40,000 as of Thursday morning.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Checila Washington of Bryan, Texas on surety withdrawals related to two counts of delivery of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.

Thursday, December 4

*Early Police arrested 44-year-old Donald Juan Horn for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces in a drug free zone.

*Brownwood Police arrested James Sherman Little of Brownwood on a warrant related to injury of a child.  Little was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond as of Thursday morning.

*Brownwood Police arrested 21-year-old Emma Caroline Parker on warrants related to defective headlamp and failure to appear.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement reports and jail records.
