Median Price per Square Foot:  $138.13 – up 6.8%

Number of Closed Sales:  40 – up 21.2%

Active Listings:  206 – up 24.9%

Months of Inventory:  5.8 – up 1.2 months

Days on Market:  78 – up 22 days

Days to Close:  33 – up 2 days

Total Days:  111 – up 24 days

Median Home Size:  1,518 square feet

Median Year Built:  1976

Closing Price/Original List Price:  91.9%

Price Distribution:

less than $100,000:  15.4%

$100,000 – 199,999:  33.4%

$200,000 – 299,999:  23.1%

$300,000 – 399,999:  15.4%

$400,000 – 499,999:  5.1%

$500,000 and above:  7.8%
