The Lady Lions soccer team beat the Canyon Lady Eagles Monday night in the Region I-4A area round at Memorial Stadium in Wichita Falls.  Brownwood took the win in grand fashion scoring two goals in the last two minutes of the game to take the win with a final score of 4-3.

This brings the Lady Lions to a 4-12-1 overall record on the season and advances them to the sectional round this weekend to face the Abilene Cooper.

Abilene Cooper beat Borger on Monday night to advance themselves to the third round of the playoffs.  Cooper has a 9-7-1 record on the season.
