Coldwell Banker, Mark Campbell & Associates recently welcomed new agent Bill Baugh to the team:

“We are very excited to welcome one of our newest agents Bill Baugh to our office!”

Bill Baugh was born in Brownwood, TX. He graduated from Brownwood High School in 1982. He continued his education at Texas A&M University and graduated in 1986 with a BS degree in Agri-Business. After Graduation, Bill was actively involved in both ranching and business ventures. Bill began his Real Estate career in the metroplex, specializing in new construction and immediately became a multi-million dollar producer. in the years 2011 through 2017 he was named Top Producing Agent in Grapevine, TX. For several years he was on the D Magazine Best Agent List. For five years in a row, Bill was the top listing agent and the top closing agent in his office.

Throughout his career, Bill’s goal has been to assist clients in Selling and Buying their homes. Above all integrity, honesty, and sincerity are most important to him. He understands that the sale and purchase of a home is emotional, stressful, and a time when you need someone you trust. His mission is to maximize his client’s investment and make the real estate experience a successful one. Bills is excited to return to his home town and is looking forward to becoming involved in the local community.
