The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Tr3s Leches Bakery on Thursday, July 11, 2024. Tr3s Leches Bakery is located at 201 E. Baker Street. Ambassadors and community members gathered to celebrate the bakery’s milestone and enjoyed lunch after cutting the ribbon.

Eliabeth & Marcos Medina opened their bakery in Early behind the former Taquito Millionario near Heartland Mall in 2010. The family relocated 8 years later to 201 E. Baker and have blossomed into a local Downtown favorite. This family owned business expands to our surrounding counties for special delivery days, including Comanche and Eastland. You will also see this hard working crew at many community events including the annual Cinco de Mayo Celebration and the Chamber’s Corks & Caps Festival. From fresh baked Conchas, Strawberries & Cream, Aguas Frescas, Shrimp Tacos, and the Wednesday special Birria Day, you are sure to find something delicious on their menu!

Be sure to follow Tr3s Leches Bakery on Facebook for all notifications and specials. You can also call ahead to place your order at 325-200-1205.

We are so grateful and appreciative for the love and dedication of this family and congratulations on 14 years in our community.
