Richard Ivan Zipse, 21, of Brownwood, TX passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2024, in Fort Worth, TX Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 13, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Brownwood Funeral Home Chapel, 2512 Belle Plain Brownwood TX, 76801.  Visitation will be held Saturday from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Richard Ivan Zipse was born in Brownwood, TX to Sandra Garcia and Heinrich Zipse on June 27, 2003. He attended Brownwood High School in Brownwood, TX. He was so kindhearted and had a heart of gold. He loved his job at Wild Duck Marina. Loved spending time with his cousins and friends. Loved his dogs. Loved his family. He made a memorable impression on everyone he met.

Richard Ivan Zipse was preceded in death by his grandparents, Maria Cantù Zipse and Klous Richard Zipse, and uncle, Thomas Munoz.

Richard Ivan Zipse is survived by his mother, Sandra Garcia, his dad, Heinrich Zipse, and his sister Elizabeth Hydo. His brothers, Lamar Ross, Tray Ross, and DeMyrielle Ross. Grandmother, Dominga Ford. Aunts, Roberta Johnson, Anna Herndon, Audrea Perez, Ramona Ross, Mary Munoz Leyva, Terry Munoz, Elizabeth Munoz, and Tara Lingafelter. Uncles, Calvin Garrett, Oscar Alvarez, Andre Herndon, Will Ross. Along with numerous cousins/great cousins.

The family of Richard Ivan Zipse wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the ICU staff at John Peter Smith Hospital for caring for our precious boy in his last days.
