Closed Sales:  43 – up 4.9%

Active Listings:  203 – up 53.8%

Months of Inventory:  5.8 – up 2.4 months

Days on Market:  42 – down 26 days

Days to Close:  24 – down 6 days

Total Days:  66 – down 32 days

Median Home Size Sold:  1,624 square feet

Median Year Built:  1981

Closing Price/Original List Price:  93.0%

Price Distribution:

$100,000 – 199,999:  28.6%

$200,000 – 299,999:  21.4%
