The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Rogelio Deltoro III, on probation for two separate felony offenses of Assault Family Violence-Occlusion, was revoked and sentenced to 7 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Cody Austin Turk, on probation for the felony offense of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirement, was revoked and sentenced to 6 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Sean Reed, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, was adjudicated and sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Victoria Lynn Thompson, on probation for the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Evidence, was revoked and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Michael Cory Pierson, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse, was adjudicated and sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
