Patricia Ann Schmidt passed away from this Earth on May 15th, 2024, at Brownwood Regional Hospital. “Pat” as many called her, was born June 8th, 1927. She was raised and lived most of her life in Stephenville, TX.
Pat loved the outdoors, all animals and had a vast knowledge of most subjects. She was a founding and lifetime member of the Erath County Humane Society. Pat dedicated much of her time to animals throughout her life. She will be missed by the many friends she made in Stephenville and Brownwood.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents- Henry A. Schmidt and Lois Fain Naylor Schmidt, her sister- Frances Schmidt and her maternal grandparents, that she was so close to- Dr. Stephen Naylor and Netta Naylor.
A memorial service at West End Cemetery in Stephenville is currently being planned.
