VFW Post 3278 along with the Ladies and Men’s Auxiliaries will host a fish fry fundraiser to benefit the Walker Cancer Center.

The fish fry fundraiser will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 10th at the VFW Post 3278, located at 2300 Stephen F. Austin in Brownwood.

Meals consisting of fried fish, coleslaw, beans, hush puppies and red/white sauce will be offered for $8 a plate with pick up or delivery available.  Orders may be placed in advance by calling the VFW at 325-646-8113.

Delivery will be available in the Brownwood and Early areas beginning at 10:30 a.m.  For delivery of meals please call 325-646-8113.

The public is also invited to join members at the Post for lunch.

Proceeds from this fundraiser will help support the Walker Cancer Center “Patient Assistance Fund.”
