Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3278 and the Ladies & Men’s Auxiliary will observe VFW Day by Posting the National Colors at 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 27.

The observance will be held at the VFW Post at 2300 Stephen F. Austin.

The ceremony will recognize the 115th birthday of the Veterans of Foreign Wars as a National Organization.

The public is invited to attend the raising of the National Colors. Following the ceremony the Post will recognize their volunteers that have supported the Post’s functions during the year by having a Birthday cookout.
