KC and his wife, Safala have been in business in Brownwood for 18 years, serving the community and running Texas Express #3 on Belle Plain St. Family friend, Karki, manages their new branch, Texas Express #4, located on 377 near the railroad tracks before the hospital turnoff. Managing the business is a labor of love for the family, and regular customers at the store are quickly embraced as part of the family too. The store offers a well-stocked selection of fresh snacks and treats, a wide variety of beverages, and all the essentials for coffee enthusiasts.

KC, Safala, and Karki were supported by their family, friends, the Chamber staff, and the Ambassador club, in addition to delegates from Citgo Petroleum, US Energy, and other vendors at the Ribbon Cutting this week. Miss Texas, Ellie Breaux, a special guest, joined in taking photos with guests and enjoying pizza and soda.
