Citizens National Bank announces promotion of Tully Hair

Tully Hair, Senior Vice President, Credit Review Compliance, has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Credit Review Compliance.

He began his career with Citizens National Bank Brownwood after graduating from Howard Payne University in 1984. Tully started out as a Teller in our Drive-In bank. He then moved to the Bookkeeping Department, Loan Review, and Compliance Departments.

Tully graduated from Brownwood High School in 1980 and Howard Payne University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Art and Studio Science degree.

He and his wife, Donna, have been married for 43 years. They have two children, Russell Hair and Richelle Hair, and three grandchildren.

Tully is a former Scout Master for Troop 22 in Brownwood. He is a long-time member of the Brownwood Bass Club. He is also an amateur Paleontologist and Collector of Indian Artifacts.

Keith Clark, Secretary; Steve Fryar; Tim Nabers; Robert G. Porter; Carter Sharpe; A. L. Speck, D.V.M.; and Leesa Speck.
