BISD reveals February Spotlight employees

Adrian Stewart and Amanda Roesler

Brownwood ISD issued the following press release Monday:

This month’s spotlight teacher is Adrian Stewart. Ms. Stewart is a kindergarten teacher at Woodland Heights Elementary She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies / Early Childhood Education from Texas Woman’s University. She is a state-certified teacher (PK-6) and this is her 15th year with Brownwood ISD.

Ms. Stewart is a Woodland Heights powerhouse! Her skills in the classroom are hard to beat! She keeps everyone on their toes with her sharp wit, and she is admired and adored by students, parents, and staff. She has shaped the lives of many students over the years and has left a lasting impact on her Woodland Heights family.

Brownwood ISD is blessed to have inspirational teachers like Ms. Stewart who go above and beyond to build up those around her while truly making a difference in the lives of students.

Our staff spotlight honoree for the month is Amanda Roesler! Ms. Roesler is the secretary for the Brownwood ISD Maintenance Department. She holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Central Texas College and has been with Brownwood ISD since 2018.

Ms. Roesler does an excellent job keeping the maintenance office going and everything running smoothly. She is always smiling, has a great personality, and always maintains a positive attitude. Her ability to handle a wide range of tasks with ease, including invoicing, payables, work orders, and more, is truly invaluable to the department. She plays a critical role in keeping the shop functioning efficiently, and she is like the glue that holds everything together.

Brownwood ISD is grateful to have staff like Ms. Roesler who go the extra mile to provide exceptional support for her office, co-workers, and our district.
