The Early Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting at Brownwood Music located at 201 W. Baker.

“Music has always been my passion and I wanted to make sure that my hometown had a music store that would be a platform of learning and mentorship to young musicians as well as supporting the cultural arts in Brown County,” said Jodie Armstrong.

Brownwood Music has helped spearhead many music concerts, contests and festivals since 1996 and continues to help keep the sound of music alive in Brown County.  Classes in piano, guitar, voice, and more are offered at Brownwood Music.  The store has a variety of amplifiers, microphones, guitars, pianos.
