Martha Ann Alexander Glasson, age 72, of Brownwood died Friday morning at the Brownwood Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Monday at the Grosvenor Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Merrit and Rev. David Barnum officiating. A graveside service will be held at 3:30 pm at the Sand Hill Cemetery near Bend. Family visitation will be held from 6 – 8 PM on Sunday at the funeral home.

She was born January 1, 1937 at Donna, Texas the daughter of the late Thomas Floyd
and Maggie Laura Davis Lagrone. She married Joe Ned Alexander at Austin on
March 4, 1956. He preceded her in death in 1995. She later married Doyle Glasson in Brownwood on February 11, 2000. She had been a resident of Brownwood since 2004 having previously lived in Bastrop, Austin, San Saba and Coleman. She was a homemaker and an active member of the Grosvenor Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Doyle Glasson of Brownwood

She was preceded in death by her first husband Joe Ned Alexander, a brother, Thomas Floyd Lagrone, Jr. and a sister, Marilyn Alford.
