Claudia Guadalupe Castillo, 38, of Brownwood passed away on Friday, September 15, 2023. Her family will host a visitation on Thursday, September 21st from 6 to 8 PM at Heartland Funeral Home in Early. Funeral Services will be 10 AM Friday, September 22nd at the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Eastlawn Memorial Park in Early.
Claudia was born on August 1, 1985 in Acuña Coahuila, Mexico to Raul Sanchez Hernandez and Rosa Palacios Lopez. She went to school at Secundaria General No. 2 through the 9th grade.
Claudia married Roberto Castillo and together they had three children. Claudia loved her children, recording and taking photos of every memory she made. She was always happy regardless of what she was going through. She had a crazy live and lived every moment the way she wanted to regardless of what anyone thought of her. Claudia loved her family’s company. She enjoyed baking cakes, listening to music and was always helpful to others. Claudia always looked pretty, and enjoyed wearing her jewelry. Her family remembers that she always wanted to be a butterfly.
Claudia is survived by her husband Roberto Castillo of Brownwood, TX; 2 sons, Aaron and Daniel Castillo of Brownwood, TX; daughter Cristina Castillo of Brownwood, TX; stepson Roberto Castillo, Jr. of Arlington, TX; father Raul Sanchez Hernandez and mother Rosa Palacios Lopez of Brownwood, TX; sister Rosa Angelita Hernandez of Snyder, TX; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Elias Sanchez Guadalupe Hernandez and Vicente Palacios Virginia Lopez; grandson Alec Guadalupe Castillo Morales.
