Howard Payne University senior Mercedes Cardenas will present a clarinet recital on Tuesday, April 1, at 7:30 p.m. in the university’s Grace Chapel. Cardenas is a senior biology major from Brownwood.

The public is welcome to attend the recital and there is no charge for admission.
