TxDOT’s contractor continues milling efforts on US 377, between 8th and 18th Street, in Brownwood through Friday, September 8. Both southbound lanes and one northbound lane will be closed. Following the completion of milling, pavement work will continue over the next three weeks.

Motorists are asked to use an alternate route or plan additional time for their commutes as these lane closures and various traffic shifts will occur during construction.  Please reduce speed, avoid distractions, and watch for crews and equipment.
