- On Wednesday, Sept. 6, at approximately 1223 hours, Deputy Francisco Valencia was dispatched to handle a call regarding livestock by a phone call. Valencia spoke with the complainant, who stated a bull has been on his property for a few months and he has not been able to locate the owner. The complainant transported the bull to a sell barn, where he was advised to file a report. Information was gathered and a report was made.
