The VFW Post 3278 and the Ladies and Men’s Auxiliaries will host a BBQ Brisket Plate Fundraiser benefiting the VFW’s State Student Nursing Scholarship and the VFW National Home for Children on Friday, March 7th.

The fundraiser will be held at VFW Post 3278, located at 2300 Stephen F. Austin, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Meal will be offered for $8 a plate and will consist of brisket, potato salad, beans, and relish.

Pick-up orders can be placed in advance by calling the VFW at 325-646-8113

Delivery will be available in the Brownwood and Early areas beginning at 10:30 a.m. or dining in with members at the post is also offered.

Proceeds from this fundraiser will help support the VFW’s State Student Nursing Scholarship Program and the VFW National Home for Children.
