Grand Jury Indictments February 2014

BrownCountyDistrictCourtLogoDistrict Attorney Micheal Murray reports that during the February 2014 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 33 indictments were returned against 29 people.

The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk’s office.  Also, names are not released of those indicted but not yet arrested due to an indictment being sealed until the time of the arrest.

Chad Michael Norman – Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon

Justin Moore – Theft- Metals

Lucilla Ortega – Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone, Repeat Offender

Dustin Marshall – Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver

Chais Robertson – Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Repeat/Habitual Offender

Jerry Allen Leonard – Evading Arrest and Possession of a Controlled Substance, State Jail Felony Enhancement

Jessica Diane Ross – Possession of a Controlled Substance

Alesha Hoskins – Possession of a Controlled Substance

Joshua Caperton – Possession of a Controlled Substance

Jessica Parsons – Possession of a Controlled Substance

Ashley Monique Montemayor Pruett – Possession of a Controlled Substance, State Jail Felony Enhancement

Kevin Sliger – Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone, Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence Repeat Offender and Evading Arrest – Previous Conviction

Lekurt Kwame Fisher – Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon

Michael Stormmel Young – Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, Repeat Offender

Jeffery Paul Lynn – Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone

David Ray Bishop – Two counts of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon

Charles Thomas Mason – Forgery

Jesse Michael Coppic – Forgery

Daniel Stephen Priester – Burglary of a Habitation – EOCA Repeat Offender

Bridget Gonzales – Five counts of Assault Against Public Servant
