Graveside funeral services for Larry Snell, 63, of Brownwood , will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, February 21, at Rocky Creek Cemetery with Pastor Joe Branham officiating.    Interment will follow, under the direction of Netherton Funeral Home and Cremations.

Mr. Snell passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2014, at his home at Lake Brownwood .

Larry Wayne Snell was born on October 28, 1950, in Bakersfield California to Donald Lee Snell and Elsie Nadine Casey Snell. He served his country in the United States Army and had worked as a Chef Assistant in Las Vegas . He had lived at Lake Brownwood for the last two years, moving here from Las Vegas .

He is survived by his parents, Nadine and Bill Fain of Lake Brownwood ; sister, Susan and Lynn Schumacher of Bangs and Beverly and Gary Fain of Lake Brownwood . He is also survived by his Uncle, “Butch” Donald Wayne Casey of Oregon and a niece, Alicia Snell.

He was preceded in death by his daughter and a sister, Vicki Lorraine Snell.
