The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce welcomes Waterstone Condominiums located at 1425 Waterstone Drive, off of 4th St next to the Vicksburg with a Ribbon Cutting on Tuesday, July 18th.

Owner Ron McCann, Sales/Leasing Agent Brent Mosley, and Ron’s Assistant Lynne Bickerdyke explained how the condo setting works for Brownwood. They have 29 total units, both single-family and duplex, with some houses for sale and duplexes for sale or lease. The homes feature granite countertops and stainless steel appliances as well as a pool, pool house, creek trail, and other community property available for residents to enjoy. They are not age-restricted and the HOA covers the outside of the homes including lawn care and watering. Pets are allowed within restrictions. Square footage varies from 1450 up to 1623.
