Paula Denise (Ward) Ellis, 56, of Abilene, TX was called home on Tuesday, July 11th 2023. She was born March 20, 1967 in Brownwood, TX.

Denise attended Brownwood High School, and studied computer networking/IT at TSTC in Brownwood. She went on to work as an office manager at Heartland Medical Supply in Brownwood. Denise enjoyed cooking, and loved to bake. It brought her great joy to share her wonderful creations with others. She also enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, and watching movies.

Denise is survived by her father, John Ward; mother, Paula Poole; nephew, Michael Gilbert and wife Skye and their children Carson, Daylon, Mylah and Rifton; sister, Lacey Ward Davlin and husband Bubba Davlin; niece, Alyssa Davlin; brothers, Shawn Ward and Clyde Poole.

Denise also leaves behind many dear friends. Beloved honey of Adam, Abby, Amelianna and Amy Flores.

Family and friends will hold a private service at a later date.
