City of Early Council Meeting – Tuesday, September 10, 2013 – 6 PM

1.  Call to order and invocation.

2.  Pledge of Allegiance.

3.  Consideration of the minutes of August 13, 2013.

4.  Citizens’ comments (the council invites citizens to speak to the council on any topic not already on the agenda.  No council action may be taken on these items.)

5.  Public Hearing – Tax Rate for 2013

6.  Public Works Director Wade Walker to report on progress of Waterline Project.

7.  Chief of Police David Mercer will provide an update on plans for National Night Out, October 1, 2013.

8.  Consider request from Early Chamber of Commerce to close E. Industrial on October 19th for Pioneer Days Festival.

9.  Consideration of request for a zoning change from R-1 to R-2 at 411 Sunrise Drive.

10.  Consider a sign variance request from Apollo Computers, Inc. to exceed eighty (80) square feet in area at 611 Early Blvd.

11.  Consideration to release 0.563 acres adjacent to the property at Cullen’s Hometown Market.

12.  Adjourn.
