BMDD board approves five grants for local businesses, buildings

The Brownwood Municipal Development District board on directors on Monday approved the following grants during their meeting:

Building Improvement Incentive Program (BIIP) grant in the amount of $25,000 to Solstice Investors Group, LLC for a building located at 220 Center Avenue.
Building Improvement Incentive Program (BIIP) grant in the amount of $14,062.00 to BMSM Investments, LLC for a building located at 705 W. Austin.
Building Improvement Incentive Program (BIIP) grant in the amount of $15,750.00 to Plaw Investments, LLC for a building located at 1103 Clements.
Downtown Retail Opportunity Program (DRO) grant in the amount of $10,000 to Texas Funco Building, LLC for a building located at 101 Fisk
Building Improvement Incentive Program (BIIP) grant in the amount of $10,767 to Robbin Townsend for a building located at 303 N. Fisk.
