City of Early Council Meeting – Tuesday, August 13, 2013 – 6 PM

3.  Consideration of the minutes of regular meeting on July 23, 2013 and budget workshop on August 1, 2013.

4.  Citizen’s comments (the council invited citizens to speak to the council on any topic not already on the agenda.  No council action may be taken on these items).

5. Consider approval of Continuation of Coverage Agreement with TML Intergovernmental Employee Benefit Pool

6. Consider nominee for TML Board of Trustee Election

7. Consideration of extending contracts with auditors Krischke & Company for three more years, to include FY 2013 through 2015.

8. Consider amending the 2012/2013 fiscal year budget.

9. Discuss proposed Tax Rate for 2013/2014 fiscal year.

10. Administrator’s report – Water Pipeline Project.
