Comanche County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Sunday that an abandoned car found in Rising Star belongs to a missing woman.

Amber Christensen-Lowery was last seen Tuesday night at her home near Rising Star, Texas. The 34-year old reportedly left her home with her Honda CVR. Officers found the car Saturday in the town at an abandoned lot, but no further information has been released.

A Facebook page called, “Find Amber Lowery” has been created to keep people updated with the search.

Lowery is described as 5’7” and weighing 120 pounds with dark brown hair and light brown eyes. She is a mother of two.
